Returns

The item is undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exclusions

Please note that any items returned after the 30-day window or items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
